Sightseeing in St. Petersburg

I've visited St. Petersburg a few times for meetings, but today under the bright sunshine and with 80 degree temps I ventured around downtown on foot. It is a colorful city with unique shops that have not been drowned by chain stores. There was a Saturday market in the park with a live band and lots of hustle and bustle in the shopping district.

There is a trolley that loops around the city for weary legged tourists, but the trolley appears a little weary itself!

And of course there is a large municipal marina. On such a beautiful day and with gas prices low there was a lot of activity here.
